Suffolk farm looks set for bumper hemp harvest as plants bask in heat

The hemp plants - now more than 2.5m tall - are scheduled to be harvested over August Bank Holiday when around 50 people gather at Wakelyns for a Hemp Harvest Retreat.
But the pair say they will probably have to start on the crop before then because it has grown so fast.
Part of the harvesting process involves "retting" the crop - or rotting it in a pit to help separate the fibres.
