'No excuses' says new Adnams chief amid plan to deliver strong turnaround
Jenny Hanlon - who took up post at the Southwold-based pubs and brewing group in July last year - says the firm is adopting a "grittier" approach as it drives down debt.
Its main focus on two key strands - its Ghost Ship brand and "Destination Southwold", she said.

Among one of the new CEO's early wins is a project which will breathe new life into an Adnams' owned Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plant at Reydon.
The company is toasting a major boost for the 49,000 tonne facility - which lies next to its distribution hub at Reydon and has lain idle for a number of years.
The plant is about to be revived after the company was granted permission for a food waste-to-energy facility at the site.
