Peak Open Water Sports - which is set to launch on Saturday, May 3 - will operate across Suffolk and Norfolk.

Its founder and director is Nicola Butler, 36, of Oulton Broad, who is also behind Peak Fitness & Training. She runs her own sports massage clinic from home and also helps clients with strength conditioning, but her background is predominantly in swimming.
