Vast industrial building may be knocked down for housing
They claim the structure, on Gosford Road, is "beyond economic repair" and that pulling it down as a "necessary course of action".
Their proposal to East Suffolk Council suggests the site could then be redeveloped to create affordable housing or accommodation for key workers.
The structure, next to the McCarthy Stone property and the Roys of Beccles store, was previously home to Beccles Carpet Centre and Beccles Home Interior.
