Static caravan owners told they can no longer live in their homes

The owners at the Spring Park site in Willingham St Mary, near Beccles, have received a letter saying that their homes are deemed as holiday properties.

This means they are unable to live on the site as their permanent or sole address from March.

The homes are behind the Shadingfield Fox and are now owned by Cornerstone Parks.

But for many owners, this is the first time they have been told this despite living there for years.

Christine Carter bought her static caravan on the site eight years ago and said she had been told that she could stay there "all the time" from the company she originally bought it from.
