Victoria Fowles, of St Peter's Street in Lowestoft, appeared at Great Yarmouth Magistrates’ Court after previously admitting to causing unnecessary suffering to six Chihuahua-type dogs.

The dogs were found dead at a home in Rotterdam Road in Lowestoft.

The neglect came to light when an estate manager entered the property, which Fowles was due to vacate.

Inside, the manager found the property in an "atrocious condition", with dog mess throughout the ground floor and an awful smell.
