The Bear and Bells, a Stonegate pub in Old Market, Beccles, will be going under new management from August 19.

The property has been run by Beverley Nilsson, Christer Nilsson, and Dawn Coulson since February this year under a tenancy at will agreement.

This is a form of rental agreement which can be terminated at any time.
