Man slams pub chain after 92-year-old mum left at mercy of scammers
Marie Blowers, from Lowestoft, was left feeling anxious after receiving a scam message on her phone asking for her bank details.
The scam message was sent following a data breach involving the Wherry Hotel, a RedCat Pub Company venue, in Oulton Broad.
However, Ms Blowers was not informed about the breach until a month later and now her son, Lee Blowers, has criticised the pub chain for not contacting her.
