Developer unveils new details about 220 homes site after given go-ahead
Orbit Homes has been granted final planning approval for its new development of 220 homes in Reydon, between Lowestoft and Southwold.
And now the developer has revealed new details of the site called Copperwheat Place, with construction expected to begin in autumn this year.
The development will feature a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom houses, and one, two and three-bedroom bungalows.
