The applicant Christopher Arlow submitted proposals to East Suffolk Council to install the non-illuminated board facing the roundabout at the intersection of the Gull Wing Bridge and A12 in Lowestoft.

With non-illuminated advertisement consent sought for the billboard on '"part land adjacent and rear of 1A to 7 Durban Road", it was rejected by the council under delegated powers just one month later.
