IRS Recruitment submitted a proposal to East Suffolk Council to convert the second, first, and part of the ground floor of its property in Beccles into four flats.

The plans included three one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartments in the building in New Market, but the basement and part of the ground floor will remain as commercial space.
