A dog walker discovered the materials near Weston Ditch in West Row on Friday.

Photos taken by the witness show numerous wooden planks with nails in them piled on top of each other.

The dog walker said it was a "violation" of the village and believed it had been dumped sometime between Saturday and the early hours of Friday morning.

Others agreed and said the act of leaving the wooden planks in the field was........
