Villagers oppose 122 homes in seaside resort fearing 'children at risk' to traffic
Developer W.H. Kerkham was given planning permission to build homes on land off Cheney Hill, Heacham, after winning an appeal that overturned West Norfolk Council's decision to block it.
Two new applications for the 'reserved matters' of the scheme - details of the design and layout - are set to be decided by planners next week.

Combined, it will mean 122 homes will be built in the coastal community.
