Carrow House in Norwich could soon be turned into a destination for weddings and other celebrations if a licensing application is approved.

It wants permission to sell alcohol 12pm to midnight and play live and recorded music between 9am and midnight Monday to Sunday.

However, one neighbour who lives nearby has written to Norwich City Council to object to the bid.
