Drivers banned from wheel spinning and more after car seized in town

North Norfolk District Council's cabinet has agreed to accept the stricter rules, which aim to clamp down on 'boy racers' causing nuisance, in Cromer, Fakenham, Stalham and North Walsham.

The new powers will allow the council and the police to prosecute and issue on-the-spot fines to help tackle antisocial behaviour associated with car meet-ups through the introduction of a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO).
