Stephen Fraser, an independent councillor in Attleborough, launched the missiles at Richard Allington's kitchen shop after a heavy drinking session in the town on April 13.

The 52-year-old, of New North Road, claimed he was so intoxicated he could not recall the incident and has apologised for his actions.
