The Row4MND team said they collected donations of more than £30,000 following the incident earlier this month involving Rupert Lowe, MP for Great Yarmouth.

The former Reform MP, who now sits as an independent, was left red-faced after he posted online claiming that dinghies carrying migrants were attempting to land in the town.
