John Kitching, who runs Jet Adventures from Lowestoft's South Pier, had been offering voyages around Oulton Broad, which is accessed from the North Sea via Mutford Lock.

This historic entrance to the southern Broads, which is owned and managed by the Broads Authority (BA), is to shut for two months from February 3, to make repairs to the sluice gates at the 200-year-old site.
