Andrew Pittman, a multi-skilled operative, died on March 28 at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N).

An inquest was recently opened at Norfolk Coroner's Court where his provisional primary cause of death was given as multi-organ failure due to several conditions including sepsis, heart issues and Von Willebrand disease.
