Great Yarmouth Borough Council wants to identify the driver of a silver Ford Fiesta who was seen fly-tipping rubbish at Yarmouth Business Park on Mother's Day, March 15.

The driver dumped the tins of paint and rubbish just past the B&Q between 9.30am and 9.45am on the day.
