Theatre Royal Surgery, in Dereham, will use the consultation and triage platform 'Anima' from July 7.

The system can be used by patients to request an appointment, ask for medical advice, or submit general enquiries to the practice.

They can also request a sick note or repeat prescription, ask an administrative question, and arrange or discuss a long-term condition review through the platform.
