Plans were put forward by Mr and Mrs Harmer for the property on Walsingham Road in East Barsham near Fakenham.

The bungalow, likely built in the 1950s or 1960s, is described as being in "very poor condition".

Planning papers highlighted the lack of planned maintenance or refurbishment to the site, other than installing uPVC casement windows.
