Solar panels set to be installed on one of town's most historic buildings
Plans have been given the go-ahead for a Grade II listed building that overlooks the seafront in Lowestoft.
The Lord Kitchener Memorial Holiday Centre was set up more than a century ago in the historic building on Kirkley Cliff in memory of one of the nation's war heroes.
