The Homelea Guest House in Lowestoft had lodged change of use plans that could have provided a new lease of life for the B&B.

But the scheme which centred around: "Change of use of guest house to private dwelling" at 33 Marine Parade, Kirkley in Lowestoft has been turned down by East Suffolk Council.
