A project that is expected to last 21 weeks is set to get under way on Monday, June 22 as "essential work" starts in Halesworth near Lowestoft.

Work is expected to be completed in October.

The gas pipes were first installed in Halesworth in the 1950s and 1960s, and they will be replaced by engineers from Cadent – the UKs largest gas distribution network.
