Change of use plans to install the private personal training and recovery studio in a vacant business unit at The Nexus - on Lowestoft’s PowerPark - have been turned down.

Curtis High, a personal trainer in Lowestoft, had submitted proposals to East Suffolk Council in August for his company, Heighten Health Ltd, to move into Unit 16 of the £4.27 million state-of-the-art site in Newcombe Road.
