A long serving family run business could soon be closing its town centre branch as it looks to move to "new, much larger premises."

After being founded in Lowestoft in 1921, the family-owned electrical retailer - Hughes Electrical - has been a high street staple for generations of families.

Selling electrical products for homes and businesses, they also offer repairs, installation and delivery services - with the Hughes Electrical company brand expanded to now feature numerous stores throughout East Anglia.

And the current Hughes Lowestoft store could soon be moving from the town centre on London Road North to take on........
