Change of use plans have been lodged that could see a vacant business unit at The Nexus - on Lowestoft’s PowerPark - become a private personal training studio.

Curtis High, a personal trainer in Lowestoft, has unveiled plans for his company, Heighten Health Ltd, to move into one of the units on the Newcombe Road site.
