Pathways Care Farm is proposing to create the new learning centre among other site modifications.

The charity, founded 11 years ago, utilises a 13-acre farm in north Lowestoft that had previously been derelict for decades.

It provides therapeutic support and care for people living with mental ill-health, learning difficulties or dementia.

Plans have been lodged that could see the care farm on Leonard Drive in Lowestoft introduce the new learning centre and "site alterations to suit" alongside change of use of plans to turn a farm building used as office/meeting rooms into a three-bedroom property for staff.
