East Suffolk Council will be introducing weekly food waste collections in 2026 as part of a wider set of changes to waste collection services in the district.

With the introduction of a weekly food waste collection service set to "boost recycling rates", on Wednesday, January 22 councillors will discuss purchasing a fleet of 18, 7.5t food waste collection vehicles.
