The plans for a new purpose-built apartment building for local workers had been proposed for an existing parcel of land in Lowestoft.

Proposals were lodged in August to demolish an outbuilding - which was previously garages and is currently vacant - to construct a building incorporating eight single bed apartments was earmarked for land to the back of 23, Alexandra Road.
