Major new £35m energy hub hailed by Ed Miliband on visit to town port
That was the reaction of the secretary of state for energy and net zero, Ed Miliband, as he hailed Britain's most easterly town and officially opened the newly completed £35m Lowestoft Eastern Energy Facility (LEEF).
