Oulton Broad businesswoman Laura Bull is celebrating 15 years at the helm of her thriving salon, CODE Hair Consultants.

Reflecting on her journey in Lowestoft - from a young apprentice to an award-winning entrepreneur - she admitted it is one of resilience, ambition and determination.
