Change of use plans to turn a mid-terrace property near Lowestoft town centre into an HMO were given the go-ahead in August last year.

Auctioneers have now revealed the building in Beach Road is being let to Serco, whose housing activities primarily involve providing asylum accommodation and support services under government contracts.
