Having been empty for more than eight years, 87 High Street in Lowestoft is set to be auctioned off this month.

The commercial property on the historic High Street is set to go under the hammer again - five months after it had previously been sold.

Having been a butchers from around the 1930s up until its closure, the former Triangle Butchery - and prior to that Pye's - had been previously home to a fish merchants and an artist.
