Family-run beachfront café set to move into new £6.2m seafront complex
Construction of Jubilee Parade - a new café and restaurant complex on Lowestoft's seafront - is now complete.
And this weekend the team at the family-run café Sunrise at Zak's will be moving into the new complex.

Complete with new signage, and a new name - Sunrise at Marty Boys - will be based on the ground floor of the major new two-storey restaurant and café complex.
The new complex is the third phase of the Jubilee Parade vision that is set to improve the leisure offer on Lowestoft's south beach and improve footfall in the area.
Earlier works to stabilise the cliff and unveil the contemporary Eastern Edge beach huts have already been completed.
