A consultation is under way as telecommunications service provider Circet UK is seeking permitted development rights ahead of upgrading a radio base station in Lowestoft.

The consultation plan was lodged with East Suffolk Council last week by agents Avison Young on behalf of Cornerstone - one of the UK's leading mobile infrastructure services company - for Circet UK.
