Bid for 'reproduction Banksy' at site of former mural fails
Plans could have seen plyboards installed to the side of an end terraced house in Lowestoft with artwork that had previously been created by world-famous graffiti artist Banksy replicated.
Artwork featuring a seagull swooping down to steal some polystyrene chips from a skip below became a major attraction in the town after being created on the side of a privately-owned block of flats on the corner of Denmark Road and Katwijk Way during Banksy's 'Great British Spraycation' in August 2021.
