Christopher John Eadie spent more than three decades carrying out painting and decorating jobs for the royals.

The 63-year-old was found dead at his home in Wolferton, on the Sandringham estate, last October.

An inquest last week heard the self-employed tradesman, proud to have worked for the late Queen and later King Charles, had become increasingly anxious as work from the estate reduced and he feared he was suffering from serious illness.
