A number of businesses across Norwich have been hit with one or zero-star hygiene ratings in recent months.

Friends Takeaway in Bowthorpe has been told by inspectors it needs to make major improvements to its management of food safety after it was inspected on October 7.

Officers were also concerned with the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building.
