Council launches hut for mystery animal waster fly-tipper who is causing a stink
Holt Town Council has warned it has increased surveillance after a spate of fly-tipping incidents where large bags of animal faeces have been dumped around the town.
It believes that the dumping, which is taking place at the allotments, Town Close and Letheringsett Hill, is down to one individual.
The council has urged them to stop and also asked people in the area to report any suspicious behaviour.
It has seen the council call out the ‘irresponsible behaviour’ of the mystery animal waste dumper for knowingly leaving their mess for others to deal with.
