City Hall decided on advertising firm's second bid for digital billboard
InSchool Media's fresh bid to replace a paper billboard in Mile Cross Lane with an electronic one received backlash from officials and locals.
The firm had claimed the 10ft high by 20ft wide digital sign would "not distract motorists and cyclists" despite concerns raised by both the public and the council, the first time it put them forward in March.
