The Gym Group has opened its third gym in the city at Sweet Briar Retail Park, offering a variety of options for fitness fanatics including strength training, Hyrox and boxing facilities.

The space is separated into different specialist zones – boxing, glutes, studio and recovery - to enable varied training regimes for its members.

There are both strength and functional training areas, as well as a section for free weights.
