'Hot potato' holiday let given green light by planners
Annie Lloyd and Katrina Cole, who own The Seven Hares at The Turning Point, Sheringwood, in Beeston Regis, have now been granted retrospective planning permission after using their art studio as a holiday let since 2019.
Planning permission for the studio was originally granted by North Norfolk District Council in 2012 for use by clients of the owners as a part of an Art is Medicine scheme, set up by Ms Lloyd.
