Villagers warn Norfolk caravan park’s static homes plan will ‘kill off the community'
Pentney Country Club, near King’s Lynn, had sought permission to add 20 static caravans to its site, alongside 40 touring units, for year-round residential use.
The configuration would replace the current arrangement of having a capacity for 67 touring caravans, a number that has gradually grown since parts of the land were first approved for caravans in 2011.
The latest expansion attempt, rejected in May last year, saw West Norfolk Council asked for a certificate of lawful development to formally allow the changes.
