A new Dereham Business Forum is being formed with a launch meeting on July 15.

The town has been without a business group since 2020 after regular meetings were put to an end by the pandemic.

Organisers hope that the new-look group will promote fresh ideas on how to improve town centre footfall, encourage traders to share their issues and promote awareness of upcoming grants.

It will be led by three experienced town businessmen, including former mayor Hugh King.
