East Runton Butchery first opened its doors in the 1950s but closed in 2023 after the retirement of its long-standing owner, Brian Hodgett.

Now, two years on, 39-year-old Michael Bayle, who learned the trade under one of the original founders, is preparing to restore it to its former glory.
