Jack Whitehand, 23, of Catchpole Walk, Diss, pleaded guilty to assaulting three men on April 18 in Harleston.

He had grown increasingly frustrated with a lack of communication from his girlfriend, who had returned to a garden bar with others following an evening at the town's Cap pub.
