Claire Howard, owner of Claire Howard Jewellery, and other retailers from the town will join counterparts from Diss, North Walsham and other surrounding areas on Friday for a series of workshops under Norfolk County Council’s High Street Matters initiative.

The training is part of the council’s Retail Excellence programme, which will offer six sessions across July and August.

Workshops will cover topics including civic pride, collaboration, visual merchandising and business growth.
