Dereham Town Council has approved plans for the Assembly Rooms in the Market Place to be offered out to groups with charitable objectives.

While new tenants will not pay rent for the space, they will still have to pay incidental costs such as heating and water bills.

The town council views this as a positive solution while its considers long-term options for the Grade II........
